Integral custom executive-coaching services

Executive Coaching

A six-month, one-on-one journey during which an executive is guided through the Integral coaching process by an ICF-certified coach with relevant corporate experience. Leadership and personal skills are honed, using 360-degree feedback and interviews with peer executives.

Global Coaching

We serve global organizations by introducing a consistent methodology and exacting standards of coaching for their leaders. We customize this program by assessing your organization’s needs, then design a powerful global program with uniform standards, quality coaching benchmarks, and desired leadership competencies.

"On the Court" Coaching

Not every executive has the time for months of one-on-one coaching. To address this our “On the Court” Coaching allows for “in the moment” coaching in team meetings, and gives on-the-spot feedback. This powerful form of leadership development delivers substantial leverage in a compressed program that produces lasting results.

Meta Coaching

This program extracts insights from a group of coaches working in the same organization. We conduct this using either our coaches or yours. This method facilitates conversations and insights between coaches and executives, focusing on issues that leaders are struggling to solve.

Coach Supervision

How good are your coaches? How would you even know? To make sure this critical function leads to the results you’re looking for, we can assess or supervise your internal coaches. This becomes a peer-review process that aims to assure you that your coaches have the skills your organization needs.

Internal Coaches

Are your internal coaches well versed in the best practices of coaching? Our coaches can teach them Ontological Coaching, which is a transformational coaching methodology. This type of coaching helps your coaches become more skillful in guiding leaders. During this course, your internal coaches would join our practice at Integral to deepen their skill set, while earning Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits from our training.
