Join with a master coach facilitator and a small group of colleagues to learn, challenge yourself, and grow your capacity as a coach. Over an six-month period of time you will have the opportunity to:
 

• Engage in honest, thoughtful conversations about your most challenging moments with clients Discuss moments when you reach your own edge in a supportive, confidential space
• Practice new coaching moves using role plays and other experiential technique
• Learn to apply ontological, somatic, integral and neurobiological approaches to your work with client
• Take a moment to pause and reflect on your best practices
• Up level your game as a coach
• Learn from your peers and from your facilitator

Even the most competent among us have moments of uncertainty, make mistakes, or simply feel we might have done something that would have proved even more powerful. In a Mobius/Integral Coaching Supervision group you will:
 

• Confront your enemies of coaching
• Tune yourself as an instrument and hone your coach’s intuition
• Learn to use silence skillfully
• Learn to work more powerfully with client resistance
• Learn to confidently recognize when to confront and when to back off
• Access the best thinking and practices of other expert coaches in the group
• Access a highly trained coach/facilitator for one-on-one feedback and counsel about ongoing client challenge
