We are proud to have on our staff some of the most experienced Executive Coaches anywhere. These team members have had significant exposure to the highest levels of corporate, government and non-profit organizations and understand the complexities of large-scale organizations and their necessities to adapt and learn and manage paradox and ambiguity.
Their diversity of backgrounds in hi-tech, pharmaceuticals and other sectors as well as their depth of knowledge in areas such as Anthropology, Linguistics and Organizational Transformation gives us a wealth of knowledge from which to draw.
Our Senior Staff also act as mentors to our Coaching and Leadership Team Members, helping to develop individual and collective strength. They regularly contribute to our Assessment Process, our Communities of Practice and our Master Classes.
These particular people have dedicated themselves to being distinguished in the fields of leadership & coaching and are trusted advisors to us and to our clients.
Charles Feltman, MA - Charles has over 15 years of experience as a coach, trainer and facilitator in the areas of leadership development, interpersonal and organization effectiveness, the neuroscience of leadership, and non-verbal communication. He has held management positions in the high-tech industry as well as holding positions in university administration. Charles is one of Integral’s Lead Assessors for our internal and external Executive Coaching Assessment Process. Charles holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Technology Management from the University of Southern California .
Leah Kedar, MA - Leah has over 20 years experience as a consultant, facilitator, workshop trainer, and coach; helping teams, leaders and organizations in diverse organizational environments, including: government, corporate, not-for-profit, international (
Europe, Caribbean, Asia, Africa), political and academic settings. Ms. Kedar utilizes tools such as cross-cultural models of action and understanding, based upon appreciating the power of language to produce results in organizations, facilitated dialogue, and real-time coaching. Her extensive cross-cultural work in domestic and international organizational settings gives special depth and scope to her work in organizational culture and leadership. Ms. Kedar holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Linguistics from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Sociolinguistics from Georgetown University.
Steven Jones, Ph. D. -
Steven has held senior leadership positions in private and public organizations leading change efforts. He has eighteen years experience providing facilitation, coaching and training to organizations focused on building more effective workplaces. He develops coaching and training protocols that transform people’s skills in the areas of leadership, team building, communication, systemic change, and diversity management. Steven holds Ph.D. Adult and Organization Development from theUniversity of Maryland and was a former Dean at the University.
Robert Kahn, MA – Robert has worked across a variety of industries and countries throughout Europe, which include finance, banking, manufacturing, the service industry, on-line and off-line companies. His roles have ranged from management consultant, corporate communications, investor relations, media relations and marketing. Robert’s specialties include coaching senior executives to maximize and create the executive presence, the art of persuasion and using positive influence. This includes how to talk to customers, employees and other stakeholders. He specializes in overall presentation skills, media training and is able to quickly impart his knowledge in an attractive “sticky” manner for executive presence. He also assists companies and their management to stretch across borders in their communication, training, public relations, crisis management and marketing challenges
He holds a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird and is fluent in four languages.
