Here at Integral part of our mission is to create powerful conversations amongst change agents, OD practitioners , operational leaders and others so that they become more self reliant, resilient and aware. To that end we have created 3 Communities of Practice. These are for:

External Executive Coaches with at least 5 years or more experience and a mature practice |

Integral Business Leaders Forum - for senior level managers (non HR/LR/OD) who want to master transformational skills for their work and their lives |

These on-going Communities of Practice meet monthly via teleconference at a particular day/time, usually for 1 hour and are facilitated by senior Integral staff members.
CoP members are expected to participate and also occasionally lead learning conversations for the benefit of the other members. There is no start and end date, no financial commitment, simply a desire to learn and share learnings on a variety of topics that affect leadership and coaching.
We screen each member to ensure that there are no "conflicts of interest" and that members meet the criteria we have established. You will be contacted by a member of our staff to ensure that your participation is appropriate and mutually valuable.
