May 11th from 12-2 PM Eastern 6-8PM Central European Time
Hosted by, Libby Robinson, MCC

We are making Supervision easy & affordable so that the entire industry improves.
- Libby Robinson, MCC
This event is open
to internal or external executive coaches, preferably who have attended some
form of coach training and who are interested in applying for or increasing
their credentials in Executive Coaching.
We find that many
talented coaches are working alone and over time, there is a need for
connection, community and mutual learning. Often however (especially in these difficult economic
times), coaches are reluctant to commit to a long series of Supervision
sessions and their associated cost.
While we absolutely agree that face-to-face supervision with a
long-standing group is a great model, we are experiencing success in creating a place of learning that is more open.
Reactions from past events:
As a practicing executive coach I am committed to continual learning and
growth, professionally and personally. The supervision format is another a
great way to sharpen my skills. As a participating coach I received direct,
high quality feedback on my coaching from both the client and other coaches who
observed with different ears. I found it to be a very worthwhile experience.
- Charles Feltman, Executive Coach
I got some great learning from the Drop-In Supervision call – the
content, the process, the listening the reflections, the wisdom, the centering,
the rootedness. Thank you for providing such an excellent and well
constructed learning forum.
-Nancy
Henjum, Executive Coach & Organizational Consultant
I thoroughly enjoyed the supervision teleclass you organized. I will sign up for sure as I recognize how much I learn and how much it focuses me on learning.
- Erik Van Kasteel Coaching
I loved the way you valued what was brought, yet unapologetically urged more, and brought your whole self. You called us to our best efforts, whether actively participating or in deep listening mode and reminded us at apt moments of lightness and compassion. For me it feels like a very hopeful start of something with great developmental scope.
-Jenifer Liston-Smith, MA(Owon), MSc, FRSA
We
adhere to all the standards of ethics of the ICF. Everything stated
on the call is expected to be confidential and only for the express purpose of
improving coach quality.
Here's how it
works.
- Libby Robinson, will facilitate the event. It will be a teleclass format and
you will be sent the call in details 2 days prior to the event.
- The first 12
participants (who are expected to be internal or external Executive Coaches) will be the only
interactive participants. There will be a small
"gallery" of listeners who will abide by confidentiality rules.
The call will be recorded with the option to purchase download 48 hours after the event has taken place. All recordings of this event and past events are available here: www.integralcoaches.com/cart.php
There are two parts of the event:
1: Live Coaching of a pre-selected
business executive, who has agreed to be coached by several participants. Libby
and the Supervision group will then give feedback and impressions.
2: Intervision - One of the participants will
bring a case, (a coaching assignment) in which he/she will be seeking coaching
advice and other perspectives on how to approach it. Libby will also
instruct the coach bringing the case how to present the main structure of the
case without losing confidentiality.
Please feel free
to let other executive coaches know about this event. We will be
planning other events throughout the year, so please click on the link and let
us know of your interest, or reply to me directly.
I look forward to
having you with us on May 11th or other dates. Please also feel
free to send an e-mail to me in this forum. Or directly at: Libby.robinson@integralcoaches.com
